Culture Eats Strategy for Breakfast

A business can bring in high powered strategy consultants.  They can study the “best practice” templates from other companies.  They can spend a lot of time and money on developing a corporate strategy.  But if the “cultural and mindset” underpinnings of the organization aren’t properly addressed, they will most likely fail in the endeavor.
